Fit N Finding Me


Physical Activity and healthy eating are a great way to feel better, combat illness, and have fun. This year women gathered to get the year off to a great start by educating themselves about exercise as well nutrition alternatives!


Finding The Inner ME hosted this event to encourage girls, teens, and ladies to live a healthy lifestyle. It was a day filled with sisterhood, eating talking, dancing, and laughing.
