Homebase: The Motif

 
A motif is any recurring element that has symbolic significance in a story. Through its repetition, a motif can help produce other narrative aspects such as theme or mood. This motif is my home base. It's where I start and end my day when I'm in Seattle. I see myself as I see my journey.
